Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 30 days from the day:

• on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), take possession of the goods, if you ordered one or more goods in a single order and they were delivered together; or
• on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), take possession of the last item, if you ordered multiple goods in one order and they were delivered separately.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement. This can be done by email at: support@ronami.online

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 30 days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal.

We will carry out the reimbursement using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until:

• we have received the returned goods; or
• you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods,

whichever occurs first.

You must return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 30 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 30-day period has expired.

The direct costs of returning the goods shall be borne by you.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or Loss of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for:

• goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised items;
• goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
• alcoholic beverages whose price was agreed at the time of sale, but delivery can only take place after 30 days and whose value depends on market fluctuations;
• newspapers, magazines, or periodicals, with the exception of subscription contracts.

The right of withdrawal is lost for contracts involving:

• sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery;
• goods that have been inseparably mixed with other items after delivery due to their nature;
• sealed audio or video recordings or sealed computer software, if unsealed after delivery.
